What vitamins and minerals work together? - vitamins for eczema
I accept the fact that they are certain vitamins and minerals are absorbed best when taken with certain other vitamins and minerals. I am already aware of the following:
Vitamin E and Selenium
Vitamin C and bioflavenoids
Vitamin D and calcium
Are they correct? And there are others that I should know? I am interested especially zinc and vitamin A.
