The Biblical "eye for an eye" comes to mind. But the crucial question is to perpetuate an endless cycle? Just because someone decides to take the lives of others does not mean that there is justification for us to kill that person. Unfortunately, our jail is so overcrowded prisons, we have more schools in the country. What does this say about our society? And besides, our taxes and support the care of these people should be locked (safety, nutrition, health, etc.)?
Although they do not kill tolerate homosexuals, but the crucial question is to make two wrong right? We need to prepare for the big picture. What is wrong with our society? Why are we so intolerant of others? What does it take to address these gaps? Instead of working in individual silos, it is important for us all as members of the LGBT community to come and unanimously agree that tolerance is not acceptable. Consequently, the CP has failed to combat crime. It is more expensive than life in prison (I had some) of the research. It is much used. The system is not 100% perfect. And we're the last of the "First World" country of use.
In addition, do not you think that the death sentenced fast and easy for a person convicted of a crime so horrible? I say commit to a lifetime of hard work!

I do not think there should be a death penalty, I think the person should be a sentence of life he must equavalent what they received their victims.
Although I have no problem if a murderer being struck by a bus and headed to the courtroom killed, I'm not sure my position on the issue of capital punishment. I tend to think that the opposition, because I do not know whether the State must exercise this power.
I support the death penalty if someone ends the life. An eye for eye, tooth for tooth.
